Term & Condition
Billing Procedure
- The down payment is 25% of total payment, schedule will not be reserved until the down payment is paid.
- 50% of the total payment must be settled 30 days before the trip
- Total payment must be settled 14 days before sailing date.
For booking made less dan 14 days before the sailing date; the full amount has to be settled within 7 days prior departure.
Check In & Check Out Time
- Check in time/onboarding start at 10 AM or based on flight arrival time.
- Check out time at 01 PM or based on departure flight time.
Cancellation Policy
- The down payment is non refundable.
- In the case of a late cancellation (14 days prior sailing) the full payment will not be returned.
- In the case of Force majeure event we will reschedule the sailing date based on the future availability date.
- No show for or early departure from a trip is considered to be the same as a cancellation after departure, and no refund
applies
